Krka waterfalls

When we visited Croatia, the Krka waterfalls were on the top of my to-do list! We decided to visit the waterfalls by boat. We departed in Tribunj and made a stop in Vodice from where we sailed towards Sibenik. We passed the St. Nicholas Fortress which was a unique sight. On the trip from Sibenik to the waterfalls we saw some amazing nature and the guide told us a lot about the region! We also had a meal and drinks on the boat.

Our tickets were included in the price of the tour so that was easy. When we arrived in Krka we got our tickets from the boat staff and we got 3 hours to discover the park at our own pace. Besides the amazing waterfalls, the greenery was luscious! There also was a variety of animals which I always find amazing. The pathways were not always as stable so I would recommend wearing good walking shoes. At the end of our tour, we had some time left so we decided to go to the swimming area and we took a dip at the foot of the waterfall. It was so refreshing and relaxing! Do not forget to wear water shoes cause the rocks can be sharp.

For this trip, I wore my bikini in combination with a long flowy skirt and pared the outfit with good walking shoes!
